Your Obligations
ANZPAA membership provides authorised users access to a secure website with restricted information and resources. Users of the ANZPAA membership site must be registered with a User ID and password and must adhere to the conditions in the Membership End-User Information and Website Disclaimer and General Copyright notice and liability disclaimer.
Membership End-User Information
By becoming an ANZPAA member, you agree to the following:
- Access to ANZPAA’s members only website is limited to users who are authorised to access ANZPAA’s resources and content.
- An unauthorised user is a person who has not directly been provided a User ID and password by ANZPAA or has not been given express permission by their jurisdiction or permission for access by ANZPAA.
- No unauthorised user is permitted to access ANZPAA’s membership only website.
- Users shall not disclose or disseminate information contained in the ANZPAA Membership only section to unauthorised users.
- Users shall ensure that no unauthorised users obtain access, or use their User ID and password to obtain access to the ANZPAA members section.
- If at any time a user is aware that an unauthorised user has obtained access to the ANZPAA’s membership section, the user must provide full details of the identity of the unauthorised user to ANZPAA as soon as possible.
It is jurisdictions or an organisations responsibility to notify ANZPAA immediately of any changes to the status of users.
