This Guide is designed to assist police with recognising EFI activity targeting their local community or their organisation. It complements and supports existing strategies, processes and nationally assigned roles in Australia and New Zealand. The Guide focusses on policing’s role in collecting and assessing intelligence to assist investigations relating to potential threats of foreign interference. It further seeks to deepen the understanding of constitutes EFI and policing’s role in countering it.
