This Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) presents a high level agreement between Australian and New Zealand police agencies (Agencies) as well as the Australian Criminal Intelligence Commission (ACIC) in relation to the deployment of undercover police officers to jurisdictions outside of their own jurisdiction.
