A Churchill Fellowship offers individuals a life-changing opportunity to travel overseas for four to eight weeks to learn more about a topic or issue that they are passionate about. The Fellowship is an opportunity for police and law enforcement members to learn about the latest investigative techniques, technological advancements, strategies, and innovations across law enforcement.
