As digital footprints continue to increase exponentially, it is more important than ever to utilise open source intelligence alongside physical investigations. Intelligence experts Ben Owen and Danni Brooke joined ANZPAA to explore the fast-changing open source intelligence landscape. Through their current work, Ben and Danni consult globally across police, security and the cyber industry and deliver world-leading training on the application and use of advanced Open Source INTelligence (OSINT) tools and data security.

The ANZPAA Policing Forum on Youth Crime and Justice showcased innovative initiatives currently underway in several jurisdictions to reduce offending and support young people to get their lives back on track. Participants had the opportunity to hear from youth crime and justice experts and explore the evidence base around ‘what works’ in responding to key youth crime and justice challenges.
