The Police Agencies HR Benchmarking Report is a tool to provide a comparative means for police jurisdictions to measure and report upon relevant HR indicators consistently across jurisdictions. The report is based upon sworn and unsworn data provided by each participating jurisdiction. The report encompasses data for the past five financial years, where available, to enable Agencies to undertake some trend analysis. |
