Purpose

In 2009 the Australia New Zealand Policing Advisory Agency (ANZPAA) established the ANZPAA e‑Crime Committee (AeCC), which reports to the ANZPAA Crime Forum. The AeCC is comprised of senior managers of e-Crime from police agencies in each jurisdiction and a representative from the Australian Crime Commission.  It is currently responsible for developing standards to address the investigation of e-Crime across jurisdictions, coordinating and sharing technical information and specialist knowledge and contributing to the strategic development of e-crime within law enforcement.
